My zestimate is way too low.

Zillow customer service tells me that my zestimate is too low because we are the original owners and have owned the house for 30 years.  Similar homes with less features, less bedrooms and no basement (we have a finished basement) have zestimates that are between $237 and up.

Zillow tells me this feature is computer generated so they can’t change.

How do I prominently on this listing show a note to indicate this?

Also, I captioned my pictures by editing and I see the captions when I click on revise my listing, but they do not show up on the listing.  What’s wrong?
