For those of you who are looking to purchase a house overseas, you need to be sure that you only look at homes you are allowed to buy. Some countries have housing that is not available to aliens. In Singapore, for instance, HDB resale homes are only for current citizens of that country.

Selling your house and buying a new one is never easy. Make your house as attractive to buyers as possible. Also, make sure you understand the rules for buying a home if you are moving to another country.
