Landscaping has always been in many ways an art form. Property values rise as the amount of landscaping increases. Many homes show off well trimmed trees with rows or bunches of colorful flowers. This is a real estate term referring to a property that generates income for the owner of the property without the owner having to do the actual work. With a little bit of money flowers can be planted, or if you want to get more extravagant, a large garden full of exotic flowers.
