The Report is broken down into sections, made up of the components found in a home. At the beginning of each section is a Recommendation and Consideration explanation. It is extensive and still easy to read. It describes and explains how to inspect the components of your home. (i.e. Exterior, Interior, Mechanical etc.). A detailed checklist-comment area is at the end of each of these sections. The checklist is a series of questions that one answers to determine the components condition. Transfer your checklist answers to the summary page at the end of the report for a full overview of the homes condition. After completing the report, you will know everything necessary to make a decision on the home. You can use the findings from the report as a negotiating tool.
